How To

Hotspotter is easy to use and more affordable than a 3G service. Hotspotter keeps you connected.

  1. Ensure you are a Hotspotter member. If you are not a Hotspotter member, visit our Sign-Up page to make sure you can enjoy access to Hotspotter.
  2. As a Hotspotter member, you need to create your username and password on our Activate page to complete your profile. You should have an email from us prompting us to do so. Alternatively, you can create your details here.
  3. Once you have your login details (username and password) set up, you should ensure you are in one of our designated Wi-Fi hotspots before trying to connect. Visit our [coverage map] to find a hotspot near you.
  4. Enable your Wi-Fi settings and select the Always On network.
  5. A pop up will appear as per the image below. Enter the username (email address) and password you created. Then click Login.
  6. You should now be connected with Hotspotter.
  1. Enable your wireless network and select the Always On network.

  3. Complete the Always On registration form and select the Register button. Please note that these details are for Always On registration only, you will still need to use your Hotspotter Login Details in order to connect to the Wi-Fi network and use your Hotspotter data.
  4. Once you have completed the registration form, you will be directed to the page displayed above. Select the Link Existing Credentials button at the bottom of the page.
  5. Select the drop-down menu under Service Provider, and select Hotspotter. Enter your Hotspotter Username and Password that you received in your welcome mail. Then select the Link to Account button. Now that you have registered your account, you can connect to, and enjoy various Wi-Fi hotspots.

  5. Once in the app, visit the Find Hotspot section to ensure you are in one of our designated Wi-Fi hotspots before trying to connect.
  6. Once you are in a Wi-Fi hotspot near you, open your app and connect with Hotspotter.
