Download the new Hotspotter App onto your mobile device
Open the App and log in using the Hotspotter Username and Password sent to you via email.
Find an Always On Wi-Fi network near you to connect and begin your Hotspotter session
Enter your Hotspotter log in user name and password and begin surfing the net
PLEASE NOTE : If you already have an Always On Account you will need to log out or deactivate it first.
When you're ready to end your Internet session, simply press Disconnect and log out
Ensure you are a Hotspotter member. If you are not a Hotspotter member, contact us to sign up and enjoy access to Hotspotter.
As a Hotspotter member, you need to create your username and password on our Activate page to complete your profile. You should have an email from us prompting us to do so. Alternatively, you can create your details here.
Once you have your login details (username and password) set up, you should ensure you are in one of our designated Wi-Fi hotspots before trying to connect. Visit our [coverage map] to find a hotspot near you.
Enable your Wi-Fi settings and select the Always On network.
A pop up will appear as per the image below. Enter the username (email address) and password you created. Then click Login.
You should now be connected with Hotspotter.
Enable your wireless network and select the Always On network.
Select the Register button
Complete the Always On registration form and select the Register button.
Please note that these details are for Always On registration only, you will still need to use your Hotspotter Login Details in order to connect to the Wi-Fi network and use your Hotspotter data.

Select the drop-down menu under Service Provider, and select Hotspotter. Enter your Hotspotter Username and Password that you received in your welcome mail. Then select the Link to Account button. Now that you have registered your account, you can connect to, and enjoy various Wi-Fi hotspots.
